Sometime around 1883 she married Jeremiah Durham , the son of Benjamin Durham and Sally Ann Hansor. Two of Lydia's sisters (Margaret and Rebecca) had also married sons of Benjamin and Sally Ann.
Lydia and Jeremiah moved to Cumberland Co., NJ. and had the following children:

- Isaiah Durham (Sept.1889-1935) married Elsie Becket (or Loatman??)
- Luther Durham (4 Jan.1891-10 Jan.1963) married Maude Loatman
- Marvel Durham (April 1894-1962) married Rhoda Seeney
- Carolyn Durham (Dec.1896-1980) married

Jeremiah died in Bridgeton, NJ in 1936. He is buried in Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co., NJ. His wife, Lydia, followed him in 1945. She is buried at Forest Grove 7th Day Adventist Church near Cheswold, DE.
