MILLSBORO: Arthur E. Wright Jr., 59, died Monday in Beebe Hospital at Lewes after a long illness. He was a farmer and poultryman.
Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Arrie Wright; two sisters Miss Reba Wright of Millsboro and Mrs. Agnes Hughes of Bridgeton, NJ and three brothers, Wesley, Herschel and Charles Wright, all of Millsboro.
Services will be Friday afternoon at 1 at the Indian Mission Church near Millsboro. Friends may call at the James Funeral Home tomorrow night after 7.

MILLSBORO: Mrs. Caroline Wright, 84, widow of Arthur Wright, died yesterday at her home. Her sister, Mrs. Alice Webb died Tuesday.
She is survived by her three daughters, Mrs. Alberta Harmon, Milton; Miss Reba Wright, here; Mrs. Agnes Hughes, Bridgeton, NJ; four sons; Robert, Arthur, Herschel and Charles Wright, all of Millsboro; five grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and three great-great- grandchildren. She also leaves a brother, Levin Jackson, Wilmington.
The funeral will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the Indian Mission Church where she was a member of the WSCS. The Rev. John Taylor will officiate. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetary. Friends may call at the James Funeral Home tomorrow night.

MILLSBORO: Services for Mrs. Laura E. Wright, 70, wife of Augustus Wright of near Hollymount, who died Tuesday in the Bacon Health Center will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow from the Indian Mission Church near Fairmount.

Walter B. Wright, 102, the oldest member of the Nanticoke Indian tribe died Wednesday of respiratory failure at Milford (Del.) Memorial Hospital.
Like most members of his tribe, he lived near Millsboro, Del. He worked as a farmer until he was 92 and then retired.
A man of fierce pride in his heritage, he was a respected elder and was considered one of the Nanticoke's unofficial historians, said Kenneth S. Clark, chief of the tribe.
Surviving are his wife, Anna; three sons and two daughters. A funeral is scheduled for Sunday at the Indian Mission United Methodist Church outside Millsboro.
