In the name of God Amen. I Amindab Handzer son of Aminadab Handzer and Rose his wife being sick and weak of body but perfect Sence and memory Thanks be to Almighty God for the same Calling to mind the shortness of my time here on Earth, the Certainty of death the uncertainty of Life do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following. First and principally I recommend my soul in the (unclear) of Almighty God from whom it first had being Trusting only in the merrits and passion of my Dear Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ for Salvation. Next I commit my body to the Earth to be buried in a Christian manner at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter mentioned and as for my worldly Goods God hath out of His Goodness and mercy (unclear) my will is be disposed of as Followeth -

ITEM I give and Bequeath unto my loving Brother Samuel Handzer my saddle and Bridle.
ITEM I give and Bequeath unto my two sisters Ann and Mary a yearling Stear Between them both and their heirs forever.
ITEM All the remaining part of personal or real Estate whatsoever or wheresoever that ever is known to mine with all (unclear) I freely clearly absolutely Bestow Give and Bequeath as a Token of my love and duty to my aged parents that Aminidab Handzer and Rose his wife when all my past Debts are paid to be holding of them and their Heirs forever.

Lastly I make and constitute my Father Aminadab Handzer aforesaid my sole executor pay all my past debts so also to Receive what is (unclear) and this is my will and no otherwise as Witness my hand and Seal this 26th Day of October 17(??).

March the 15-1717: Then came before me Roger Corbett Deputy Regr. for the County of Sussex Upon Delaware for the probate of wills and Granting of Letters of Administration for the same County Job Barber and John Russell the evidences within (unclear) scribing and made both upon the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that they saw the within Testator Aminidab Handzer Sign Seal and Declare that the within Instrument of Writing to be his Last will and Testament and that at the (unclear) thereof to the best of their knowledge he was of a right perfect sound dsiposing mind and memory.
