All that certain tract of land and premises in Kenton Hundred, Kent Co., Del. on west of Delaware
Railroad which (?) near to Cheswold, Del. adjoining lands of Saunders, Pency Evans and Edward Evans and
containing about eighteen acres, with buildings thereon.
Persons entitled being the surviving husband James K. Morgan and nine children, Harvey W. Morgan,
Lillie Mosely, Kenny Morgan, Edna Morgan, Sadie (Jones?), Maggie Morgan, Edward Morgan, Alice Morgan, Lemon Morgan.

**N.B. Edna Morgan, listed above as a surviving child was in fact the granddaughter of
James K. and Araminta Sisco Morgan. She was Lillie Mosley's daughter, raised by her grandparents. {LCJ}

On this fifth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and seventeed personally came before me the subscriber the Register of Wills for the County and State aforesaid
James K. Morgan who being by me duly seen according to law, deposes and says that the facts contained
in the above statement are true according to his best information and belief.
