Be it Remembered that I Charles Fransisco of Little Creek Neck, Kent County and State of Delaware being weak in Body But perfectly sound in mind and Memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as following in first place Recommending my Soul to God who gave it and Body to be decently Buried at discression of my Executrix and in the Next place that my Funeral Expenses and all my Just debts to be paid and Satisfied by my sister Lydia Fransisco whom I do hereby Nominate and Appoint to be my Executrix. And I do hereby Give and Bequeath all my part of My Fathers Estate with the Residue of my own Estate unto Elizabeth Fransisco the Daughter of My Sister Lydia hereby Revoking and Disannulling all other wills hereuntofore made and Acknowledging this to be my Only Last will and testament. This twentieth day of January One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety Eight.

Personally appeared Cornelius Van Stavoren and Robert Hopkins, the subscribing witnesses to the within instrument of writing, who being solemnly sworn do say that they and each of them did see Charles Fransisco dec'd sign, seal and also heard him publish pronounce and declare the same as and for his testament and last will.

That at the time of his so doing and saying he was to the best of his judgement of perfectly sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding.

Also that they and each of them subscribed there names as witnesses to the same in the presence and at the request of the testate.
