Will of Lidia Franciso, dec'd
made 7 November 1798

Be it remembered that I Lidia Fran Sisco of Little Creek neck in the County of Kent and State of Delaware being weak in Body but perfectly Sound in Mind and Memory do make and ordain this My Last will and testament in manner and form as following in first place reminding my Soul to God who gave it and my Body to be decently buried at discretion of my execter and in the next place that my funeral expenses and all my Just Debts be paid & Satisfied by my daughter Elizabeth fran Sisco whom I do hereby nominate and appoint to be my Executrix and I do here by give and bequeath all my part of my fathers estate with the Residue of my own estate unto my daughter Elizabeth franSisco hereby revoking and disanulling all other wills heretofore made and acknowledging this to be my only Last Will and testament this seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Ninety Eight.
