Know all men by these Presents (unclear) Mary Fransisco (unclear) and Jno. Fransisco of the County of Kent Upon Delaware are held & firmly bound unto (unclear) James Hamilton Esqr. Lieutenant Governor & Commander in this (unclear) Counties of New Castle Kent and Sussex upon Delaware & province of Pennsylvania in the Sum of Fifty pounds current money of this government unto (unclear) which payment will and truly to be made unto ye sd Governor his heirs and Successors we do bind our Selves our heirs Exr & Admn. firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals & Dated at Dover in Kent afsd. this Twentieth Day of September One thousand Seven hundred and Fifty Two.
The Condition of this Obligation is such that if ye above bounden Mary Fransisco Administratrix of all & Singular ye Goods & Chattles Rights & Credits of Dan'l Fran Sisco deceased do make or cause to be made a true & perfect Inventory of all & Singular sd. Goods & Chattles Rights & Credits of ye sd deceased which have or shall come to (unclear) possession of knowledge of ye sd Mary.... or unto ye (unclear) of any other person or persons for her & ye sums so made do (unclear) or cause to be exhibited unto ye Registers Office of ye County of Kent at or before the twentieth Day of December next ensuing and ye sum of Goods & Chattle Rights & Credits of ye sd deceased at ye time of his Death or which at any time after shall come to ye hands or possession of ye sd Mary... or into ye hands & possession of any other person or persons for her do week & truly Administer according to Law & further do make or Cause to be Made a true & Just Account of her Administration at or before the twentieth Day of December next and all ye rest & residue of ye sd Goods & Chattles Rights & Credits which shall be found remaining upon sd Administratrix Accountye sums being first examined and allowed of by ye Orphans Court of this County of Kent & shall deliver & pay unto such person or persons respectivelyas ye sd Orphans Court in this County by their (unclear...)to ye true intent & meaning of this Act shall limit & (unclear). And if it shall heretoforafter appear that any last Will & Testament was made by ye sd dec'd & ye Executor or Executors therin named do Exhibit ye Sums into ye Registers Office making request to have it allowed & approved accordingly ye sd Mary Fran Sisco within Bounden being there unto required do Surrendor & deliver up ye sd Letters of Administraion (approbation of such Testament being first had and made in ye Registers Office) Then this Obligation to be void & of none effect or else to remain in full Law & Virtue.
