William Sisco
William is mention with Benjamin Sisco in the 1811 estate accounts of Jeremiah Concilor. He is also mentioned in the will of George Sisco in 1814 where he is called the brother of George and "Emela".
William was bron in Delaware, probably before 1795. He died on April 6, 1829 in Appoquinimink Hundred, New Castle Co., DE.
His will lists his widow, Hannah Sisco and the following children:
- Sarah Sisco married Elisha Concilor (1814-1864). They had 2 sons:
- David Counsellor (b.1833- died after 1900 in MI) married Martha Munce
- Benjamin Counsellor (b. 1834- died 1921 in MI) married Hannah Munson
Sarah died sometime after 1840. Elisha remarried and took his family to Michigan.

After her husband's death, Hannah continued living in New Castle Co. In the 1840 census she is living next door to her daughter Sarah Sisco, married then to Elisha Concilor. Her age in 1840 is listed as "over 55" and she is shown living with 2 males (10-24), 1 female (0-10) and 1 female (10-24).
